Jesus calls us to love God and love our neighbours, yet for all the libraries and churches centred around the first half of the Great Commandment, we have precious little imagination for how we might engage and be faithful to the second-half. How we know and love our neighbours has a direct impact on how we know and love God. In fact, without creative obedience to Christ’s call to love our neighbours, we may not have the eyes to see God at work in our midst. Vital to our spiritual formation is a robust vision for neighbour-centric Christian living. Join Preston Pouteaux, author of “The Bees of Rainbow Falls: Finding Faith, Imagination and Delight in your Neighbourhood” as we explore neighbourism with whimsy, patience, urgency, and presence.
