Advent Devotionals
For adults, youth, and families are available at the display in our foyer. These devotionals are written by authors from a a variety of Christian faith perspectives and are designed to enrich your advent journey. 
The Worship Collective 
 Sunday, December 2 at both services. (Morning service at 10:30 am & The Connection at 6:00 pm). The Giving Tree will be a part of the Worship Collective services where we’ll be collecting donations of new, warm socks & mittens/gloves to distribute to The Lighthouse in Saskatoon to help cover some needs that come along with a cold winter.
EBC Blood Drive
Please consider donating blood to Canadian Blood Services during advent. Please call 1-888-236-6283 to make an appointment. Help us keep track of our donations by indicating that you are donating on behalf of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Help us meet our target of 40 units of blood this year!
Children’s Christmas Presentation & Christmas Creation Sunday, December 9 at 3:00 pm.
Children up to Grade 6 are welcome to join in the fun! If you have any questions, please contact Beverly. Following the Children’s Christmas Presentation there will be our Christmas Creation event where families can create memories while making Christmas crafts together.
Youth Christmas Party
Friday November 30th at 7:07 pm.
All youth from grades 7-12 are invited to come out to our “Bright Hawaiian Christmas” party. Feel free to dress in you best Hawaiian outfit and bring a friend while you enjoy the fun! For more information, contact Jana-Lyn at ext 132.   
Growing In Grace

Emmanuel Baptist Church is known by many people as a place of blessings. Here are some ways we have chose to bless people in our church family, our community and around the world this year. 
Gift Bags 
Pick up a gift bag to fill with items for any of our three local partners – Saskatoon Pregnancy Options Centre, The Bridge Fellowship Centre, and/or Hope Restored Canada. These agencies are an incredible help and blessing to many people around Saskatoon.  Please return all bags no later than Sunday, December 16th. Christmas Hampers 
Every Christmas we provide hampers for families in our church and community. If you know of anyone who may be in need of a hamper, please let the church office know by December 12thYou can contribute by designating your donation to “hampers” under the Care Fund.
Christmas Eve Special Offering 
The offering this year will be divided between an international organization and a local organization. The international offering will go to CBM’s ministry in Rwanda. The local offering will go to the Saskatoon Food Bank.
